Fast&Easy Check-in Terminal 24/7

Smart Apart represents the latest trends and gives you the opportunity to benefit from our 24/7 check-in as well as our self-service strategies, which form the basis for a comfortable and safe check-in at any time – day or night. On the day of arrival check-in takes place from 2 p.m. at the self service check-in terminal in the entrance area. It’s smart and easy!

WITH or WITHOUT reservation – choose the relevant process and receive your keycard for your apartment just after having taken a few steps.

For spontaneous guests WITHOUT prior reservation:
1) Select your language. (German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish)
2) Select the number of nights you are planning to stay.
3) Select the number of people.
4) Select the apartment of your choice.
5) Enter your personal data and check your reservation.
6) Insert credit or debit card. PIN code required for all cards!

7) Make your payment at an on-site pay terminal. Enter your pincode and follow the panel instructions.

8) Choose your nationality, fill in your details and sign.
9) A keycard for your apartment is then created. We kindly ask you to leave the keycard in the check-out box at the entrance area. (check-out on the day of departure until 11am)

10) Don’t forget your credit or debit card and take your keycard and receipt.

11) If you need a company invoice, send us the relevant information via email office@smartapart.at. We will send you the invoice electronically after your departure.

For guests WITH prior reservation
Enter your reservation number at the terminal on-site and receive your keycard for your apartment.
